Gloria K. Quintana is the president and CEO of Quintana, Inc., which she founded in 1993 as a bilingual interpretation and translation company offering local clients language services in Spanish and English. Recognizing a rapidly growing need for high quality, customized multilingual solutions, Quintana soon expanded her company’s line of services and its global network of language experts. Thus, Quintana, Inc. quickly transformed into the successful full service multilingual solutions company that it is today, helping hundreds of clients around the world achieve their communication goals in over 200 languages and dialects.

Prior to establishing her firm, Gloria K. Quintana worked at Liquid Carbonic for five years. In her role as International Office Coordinator, she worked in the International department where she collaborated with executives from many countries, affording her the opportunity to learn more about various cultures.

She further expanded her cultural awareness and knowledge in the field of international relations as a student in Mexico, where she lived for two years.

Quintana speaks, reads, and writes fluent Spanish, and possess knowledge of and understands the various cultures and societies. She believes that communication is extremely important in every respect, and that in order to conduct business on a global level, we must be able to communicate in all languages. 

Ms. Quintana earned an MBA degree from Loyola University in Chicago and received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Business from DePaul University in Chicago, Quintana’s academic and professional experience make her uniquely qualified to lead an agency and assist clients with their communication needs.

Located in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood, the company is committed to serving the surrounding community. Quintana served on the boards of such organizations as Mujeres Latinas en Accion (Latin Women in Action), Pilsen Neighborhood Community Council and the Cermak Road Chamber of Commerce.
